Am glad the post office in Kampar still stand tall at this historical spot until today with a new look. Improved facilities and friendly staff. Was informed that it's the original post office but do service for pos Laju (the actual pos Laju is at Tapah but recepients can collect their items here if undelivered to their homes due to various reasons)

来这里买邮票罢了。没有上面的人所说的态度不友善。只是显示你要去几号counter的东西只能在中间看得到罢了，其他地方会被柱子挡着。奇怪的楼梯设计。

Staff attitude worse and experience zero. First time call to the office told me my parcel delivered but I DIDNT received anything. Second time call told me my parcel in the letter box or somewhere else or at the management, I received nothing at all. Said check for me but did not call me back at all. Once I call back, the staff treat me fierce with no manners. At first, I provide authority address and phone no, the purpose is for you to send my parcel to the address not "Somewhere else, letter box or anywhere". If no people at home, at least you call the receiver take at the office not without informing and drop receiver parcel "Somewhere else" and key in the system you have done delivered. Skill zero. Worse. This is the second time the staff treated me so fierce.

I was driving to KL when I realised my road tax has expired. Managed to get to the post office to renew the road tax but the system was down. The friendly staff assured me not to worry & I waited outside under the shade. When the computer system started functioning near the closing hour the staff came out to tell the good news & managed to sort out my road tax. What a relief.

They were really punctual (opening hours) and staff were friendly. Got my driving license renewal done in minutes. For anyone else intending to use the same service, go around 8.30am for a no queue experience.

We live on the second floor of a three-storey house. The postman never rings the bell, which we have clearly labelled, to alert us of his arrival. It's not like the bell in inside the building, but next to gate, where he leaves the "You were out" card anyway, so really it's no extra work? We've been forced to collect our parcel from the post office at least three times now because of this.
