Very poor service. They can’t answer phone calls. When I went to the office during operational hours, they said they were close. But no notice given. Today is a working day, and I’ve been calling them almost 6 times.. still no answer. Don’t understand why have phone number when can’t even answer phone calls.

Very good, detailed and clear explanation received from Puan Norzanah. Her service was at a top notch and i hope she and other staffs can maintain it. She helps me a lot on my claim submission since it was my 1st time handling it by myself. Kudos to her and her friend.
