As I changed my vehicle number plate, I need to ensure the insurance record is updated as well. I checked and realized that it is Zurich I bought from (I purchased via Pos Malaysia). So I was having a headache how I am going to do that. But luckily an insurance agent told me that Zurich has an office at SPICE and so I went.

And to my surprised, there are 3 counters operating even though there are not many customers. I told the lady at counter about my issue and she guided me through the process to get my insurance updated. Everything was completed super fast and now I am thinking if I should just buy all my vehicles insurance from Zurich. ?

Great customer service and even the office itself is very nice and comfortable for customers to sit and wait for their turn.

I am very please with the service.The staff know their work and I got everything done within fifteen minutes.I am also happy that they provide customers with drinking water from the water dispenser.Parking is very nearby and it is easy to walk from the parking lot to Zurich.

When they shifted to SPICE,it made parking easier compared to the former place at Argyll Road.Park at basement and then walk up to Zurich.The service is fast and there is no queue to wait.It is located in Bayan Baru which is a commercial hub with multiple businesses next to it.

Unhelpful and rude staff. All the lady staff were just sitting back and chatting. The only one helpful and friendly in the office was the security guard. Office open so big for what purpose I don't understand and also employ so many aunties there for what purpose? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE provided at all, asked for claims tell customer to do everything themselves. The manager came out just to tell us to send letter need settle ourselves, photocopy also need go do ourselves. Other insurance companies provide better service, stay away from Zurich or just this branch. Not the first time receiving this kind of treatment. Just the worst.

Superb service with helpful and polite staff. The service speed is very quick and there's water dispenser for us to drink if you're thirsty, that's very nice of them to have it.

Free parking inside PISA and then just a walking distance. Went there twice for NCD withdrawal and insurance cancellation, both with good experiences.

Worst service, walkin and wait 20min, not much people but no one greeting me and ask may help, end up i am asking them, many counter seem free..and acting busy. Please upgrade service and hospitality
