I have been ordered few times from Ipoh branch and 1st time ordered from Penang branch. Their services are fast and efficient! Nice wrapping and flowers are fresh! Looks just the same as their photos shown. Very happy and satisfied with their service!

ordered a bouquet for my mom’s birthday on 27th February and after celebrating her birthday i stored the bouquet in my house fridge and have been keeping the bouquet for almost 2 weeks inside the fridge and when i took out the bouquet on 15/3 the bouquet seems still fresh😃👍🏻👍🏻 good flower quality i’d say 🥰🥰

I would give 10 stars for white-on-white bouquet! very beautiful bouquet at very reasonable price! The delivery was prompt, and the customer service was incredibly helpful and responsive. I’m definitely going to order from here again!

Placed an order via their website around 11:30am, 10mins later i decided to check if i could change the note and WhatsApp the shop, and to my surprise, they already printed the note but was willing to reprint for me which i was so grateful for! By 12:15pm, they have already send me a picture of the flower, and by 12:30pm with the cake and was all ready for delivery. Whole order was done within an hour after placing order which is ridiculously fast! Not only that but the staff was super nice and friendly throughout! Would definitely come back again in future ❤️❤️❤️

On 26.12.24, at 3 pm, I was informed my uncle's brother had passed away on 25.12.24. The wake was being held on 26.12.24 and the funeral the next day at the Church of Immaculate Conception, Pulau Tikus. My cousin recommended White on White, Pulau Tikus. At 6.17 pm, I scrambled to place an order for 2 wreaths. Mimi from White on White was very helpful, responsive and very efficient. I was kept informed from start to finish. By 8.40 pm, my 1st order was delivered and the 2nd by 9.20 pm.

I am very impressed and happy with the great service, reliability and efficiency. Both the wreaths were incredibly beautiful. White on White, Georgetown is florist extraordinaire. I very highly recommend it.

My first time ordering from this florist, to my surprise the actual bouquet was more beautiful that the photo itself, and my friend definitely love it. Best of all, the price is super reasonable. The seller is very friendly keeping you updated of the progress. will definitely buy from them again.
