Worst experience you can ever get.
Lack of response and responsibility from them.
Only after telling them due to lack of response I want to terminate is when they start to move things. Due to this poor experience I moved to another company and I had to pay just for them to print and dispatch documents.
Printing fees were same as dispatch fees, wonder what kind of premium paper and ink they are using.

Will not come back to them ever, felt blackmailed by them and don't expect them to be responsive until you let them know you like to terminate
