Worst experience, Complete waste of money and time. I gave my Proton Saga for general service and clearly explained all the issues. They charged me RM1020 but didn’t fix anything. When we asked about the unresolved problems, the staff responded rudely and unprofessionally. Service: 0/5. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Twise bad experiences I did visit this 'black shop'. .the boss sound very hospitality but he forcing to change my both car tyres without agree said it's defects on the tyres outlook ( even Ian told I have short of cash with me and also no banking servise, end up he drive me home to get money)
In between,he then continuos request to changing others non.related parts cost me from rm300 close to rm1k..very disappointed on their dishinest service .

Reason why am try drive my car to this nearest tyres shop,because felt my tyres need do some balancing ,and second time is my tyres something flat during drive by it still everything under safe..

My first time there due to the regular workshop i went to was closed on Sunday, all i wanted to do was get an oil change and oil filter replaced. The foreman did progressive checks and kept informing me there was some wear & tear, some leakage here & there, that he suggested me to replace.

After checking online i had doubts whether he was just trying to milk more money out of minor issues.

My tyres have been fine for past 1 year, the next day after visiting i had one flat tyre, this coincidence is just too good to ignore.

A one time deal tyre shop, they didn’t do any marking during tyre rotation, which is very very unprofessional. All the other tyre shops I went will respect the FWD rotation rule, but this shop, they simply rotate it without marking!!! And yes, like other reviews, this shop always tell you this broken and that broken, they already insisted you to change tyre when the tyre just 3 years old..

Had my car service during busy weekend where cars owners normally would be more free as it is non-working days. Had my lubricant replace and a few more car parts replaced. The young service advisor is quite gentle and friendly when attending me and telling me what parts that is malfunction and needed for a replacement. One thing good is when the young service advisor is giving me recommendation of parts replacement he will always show me all the parts photos he taken and explain to me why is it needed for a replacement before he suggest me to replace the parts. Am satisfy with the service experience & honestly from the owner. Pros;- overall price quoted in this workshop is within market price and they do provide routine tyre maintenance service like Alignment Balancing, tyre replacement and car lubricant change like brake fluids, power steering flushing, gearbox oil replacement and other car parts repairing&replacement and usually open everyday.
