Very bad service. Thought to transfer from other bank to this bank, but the service even worse. The sales not show their interest to you to deposit to their bank, when doing halfway, system down and he just said cannot do anything. The said the next day they work half-day and ask to come next time, even they know the promotion is until tomorrow. When ask about credit card, he just said the card needs deposit 250k and the other card not good because only can enter klia lounge. He not even promote other cards like they have no interest at all for you become their customer. Another case is left message to webside about the FD and they return call, very funny is told the lady went there morning but system down she then said ok, yes, system down, tomorrow work half day, then bye bye. Wonder this bank is consider high level bank but treat customers like not up to standard. Disappointed

Banking App always giving wrong information, always need to call to their hotline clarified, staff in hotline and branch giving two different information, not well train staff and then half way hang up my call

Need 101% improvements.
No numbering system, u may just simply walkin which isn't professional act at all.. Taking too long to solve and issue and of couse superb slow.

Very sad and bad experience with the bank. Branch personnel are very helpful but somewhere and somehow things goes wrong.
It was easy to make payment through ATM machine yet they changed the system for loan repayment, without notification and reason given due to Covid-19.
Now even worst open account so called for Standing Instructions but no deduction despite all the reminders. Directed to call hotline number and KL number which is like useless, no one picks up and no one cares.
When the loan default is never their fault (bank) at this current situation the bank should be thankful there are people still wanting to pay.
Please make it easier for people to pay not a hassle. International Bank don't lived up to the brand.
