Rate is very low.. Their service is super slow. If urgent case to change money, no choice. If you want to change money fast and for good price, this is is not the place. Waited 20 min to reach counter. I. Front only 4 people. Counter staff slow than turtle.

If you want to change large amount of money don't come here, they don't stock much foreign currencies. If can, contact them first to ask arrange and reserve before going to the shop. However, the staff were helpful and tried their best to assist and resolve issue by the end of the day.
