I have just learned the Million Accounting and Payroll system from the Rockbell team. Excellent service from Ms. Diana and Mr. Koo. Throughout the learning process, I received good cooperation, and the explanations given were easy to understand and very practical. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding an issue with the payroll system.

I reached out for assistance yesterday and was informed that 1 of the support but she was on medical leave, so her colleagues were supposed to assist me. However, I did not receive any response after 6:00 PM. While I understand this may have been outside office hours, I expected a more timely follow-up the next day.

Unfortunately, I only received a response this morning around 10:42 AM. Even after that, the person assisting me disappeared again, leaving me to chase for updates almost every hour to resolve my issue. I understand that the team may be busy, but the lack of communication and follow-up since yesterday is unacceptable.

This level of service is far below the standard I expect, especially for something as critical as payroll. I hope this feedback encourages the team to improve their responsiveness and communication in the future.

Very disappointed with the overall experience.

I have been using Million Software for just over two years and it meets my needs perfectly. There are a few nice to have features that I would like to see. It took me a while to get used to the interface but with tech support (thanks Ms Ter and Support Teams!) those issues were quickly resolved.

I have recently migrated to Million System, accounts production and I must say it is one of the best on the market. I did a lot of research before choosing a solution provided and based on cost, usability and practicality Million System stood above its competitors.

The software is constantly being developed and they listen to their clients needs. Especially grateful for Ms.Ter assistance, she is a helpful and friendly partner.
