I’m just curious,every time I deal with something there, that older middle aged lady always fills in the customer feedback form by herself before I even get to it. Then she asks me to accept it, like forcing me to give a good feedback. I just accept it because I don’t want to argue.
Every time she face a problem with a customer, her faces say it all, I can tell she's not happy. To me, she’s not really friendly and can be quite rude. Even though she helps, she does it with an unhappy face (though I still appreciate the help).
For the past few years, I’ve seen the same person & attitude, and she still doesn’t seem to know how to solve small problems. I really don’t understand why. She never listens to what I say. I tell her I want to pay for something, but she always does something different. No matter how many times I repeat myself, it just doesn’t go into her ears.
As a customer, I’m not happy. The rest of the workers there are fine,but this one lady, oh my, I just can’t deal with her.
