Really bad management service compared few years back . Came just to clarify about fixed deposits with customer service. Not crowded at all. Only like 10peoples including me. Waited for 45mins for my number , went to ask this malay woman.' Why numbers start from 3... , never appear ? She replied , you just wait they will call. Now its crowded. I was like ' are you blind ? Not crowded at all. Then this malay staff told some other staffs. Then the next number come out starts from 3... already. And i noticed this customer service peoples can help some peoples who never take numbers . They think we are stupid and wont ask is it.
Very bad attitude. Next time if i go there , again same thing happen , i might take video thats it. As a proof.

I went for debit card replacement and debit card dispute .The services can be done at the same counter which is counter 9. So the staff gave me number 4 for debit card replacement. When I was at counter,the staff told me to take another number which is customer service counter for debit card dispute because here only do debit card replacement.So I went to take another number and waited for another 1 hour but at the end I went to the same counter again .I wonder why do I need to take different numbers when the services can be done at same counter?

The worst banking service I've experiences, very lousy. I'm opening a pbenterprise account, at first ok everything proceeding well, & the customer service Chinese girl asked me just wait for online banking id to be sent to my email for around 3 days.

After 3 days, I follow up, they said it was sent according to system. Ok I wait some more times, but I still didn't receive, follow up again on next working days. She said her colleague sent the email, I said I didn't receive, I even screenshot to her to proof I didn't receive. Then I asked to send again, she asked me to visit the bank for another thumbprint. But I'm very angry (which I'll explained later on), I said it's not my problem, why I need to waste my time visit bank again for thumbprint? If let say after the thumbprint I still receive nothing? Then I Whatsapp her said I'll go now, but can u make sure u let me thumbprint immediately? She said u come but take queue number, ok I go. Then I wait for 30 mins she keep saying wait ,after that her manager or what try again to send another email. Then I still receive nothing! I asked her how? She said change email lo in a very bad attitude, then I asked again how to change email? She said need to collect form from customer service. Need to wait again?!!!! Then at night I call hotline (which is very very hard to reach oso), the girl help me to solve my problem in only 1 min! Halo the girls working at the branch? Why still working there if u can't solve any of our problems?

At the same morning, I received 2 calls from public bank Ulu Tiram. 1st call received from a Malay guy at around 8am, asking me to transfer deposit in a very bad attitude. He said I notice u haven't transfer deposit for handling charges, then I said I haven't received my online login details. He tease me & say wait for the login details for what?!

Then the 2nd call from a Chinese lady from the branch, say I need to make sure my deposit is min 3k. Again I say I didn't receive my login details, she said "u transfer first lo" in a very bad attitude. Then I transfer, but still need to visit bank to wait for nothing?!

Pls la publice bank, improve your service, train your staff before let them start working. Really lousy!

服务员态度越来越烂,顾客不会马来文,女马来员工讲解很不耐烦,开户口也不会问顾客需求,之后了解后又叫我多几天再来,我在哪里等了几久,等到号码后还没完全坐下就叫我去另一边填资料。填完资料又在哪里等等等,服务态度完全和4年前差到半死,迟早我钱不会放你这里!
