I will like to complaint prudential agent. Change agent without inform and also current agent Not helpful, refuse explanation of the policy. I got 4 policy included my dad and my mum under prudential . All the way monthly policy only RM200+. Then now suddenly inform my mum to pay RM800+ for my dad policy. My mum call me than I aware bout this . Because I’m the one who support the family and pay for all the policy. I WhatsApp this agent asking him what he amend my dad policy until need to pay RM800+ per month. Still no explanation, he can aak me go read my self n see myself and understand my self

Poor customer service, no special counter for customers, have to waited 30 mins for my turn as counter priorities service to agents for submission. Email Prudential complaint unit, gotten the replier 3 weeks later after i send "reminder" to asked. And the content of the replier is, is month end closing...so, mean customers have to avoid month end closing period to visit branch?
