Not sure if this is the right site or not, however hope that this message reaches the right department eventually.
Lately fogging is going on in my residential area in Hijayu 3D. Bandar Seri Sendayan. About a week ago I heard some sound of a vehicle driving pass my house around 5am and thought it's fogging but unable to smell anything although I went out to my porch.
Next day when I checked my cctv, I saw a truck went up the lane and came back down.
Today 26/4/23 @ 6:30pm<> again the same sound of the truck but able to see the dying smoke and slightest smell.
I'm grew up in government housing area.and very well knew what fogging is and how it would be carried out in and out side the areas. Unfortunately here, all I can see is a dying almost finished smoke is being sprayed from the front lane outside our houses which serves no purposes at all. They don't have to come into the houses, at least could spray some adequate amount of the smoke to kill the mosquitos. What is the point of coming every week if what's sprayed is equivalent to nothing?
Kindly monitor and improve your services. Pls check on your contractor's who may be claiming big amount from the government but delivering "ZERO" to the public. TQ

I was directed here in regards to my wife’s home quarantine application. I got thru almost immediately. The switchboard operator put me thru to an officer. He was very helpful answered my queries well. Very professional. 👍👍👍
The only negative feed back I have is the line with switchboard had a lot of static & I had difficulty understanding what was being said. Once he put me thru, the line was very clear. Please look into this.

Pegawai security professional.
