This company is appointed by Sime Darby Property as the management office (MO). As my unit suffer from waste leaking and made complaints since June, until on date this review write (20th September 2022), no action from this company team to rectify this issue. This company is so incompetent the MO staff keeps changing every time I follow up on my unit's issue.

If I can give 0 stars. I will be happy to do so.

Poor management office ever.

1. Did nothing benefits to the buildings. Good at creating weird rules that nobody cares about. Super bad at maintaining buildings facilities. Light bulbs at common area can down for few months without even noticing it at all!!

2. Don't care about the complaints and safety issue raised by the residents. Complaint for months, years, at the end, did nothing

3. Rubbish bins are full? U complain about the rubbish. The next day they will instruct cleaner to keep the bins away. Super smart and efficient in provoking the residents

Poor condo management and terrible attitude. As a MO (management office), your staffs failed completely. The manager (uncle R) scold residents, MO staffs behave like they own the building and always not polite to residents, use the condo clubhouse like their home where residents need to do book if wanna use. The team never do their job well. Complaints have filed but take months to complete (of course you need to keep chasing them). Worst case is they didn't settle the case and close the case and don't care anymore.

I’m a Mgr with Bertam Security and I have made a police report on 27/11/17 against Naresh Kumar S false accusations and lies. It was due the fact Naresh Kumar was unhappy that his daughter’s Honda car was repossessed by the bank for owing one and half year outstanding instalments not paid at this site. And to vent his anger He therefore took such silly action here to falsely accused Mr Garren and I. My company will consider to take legal action against you Naresh Kumar.

To you Naresh Kumar S, my company has taken action against you for all your false accusations. Today upon advise by my lawyer I have made a police report against you on all your lies, false accusations and misleading facts . I have asked my lawyer to sue you for defamation and I challenge you to prove all your accusations if you have. I stand waiting!
