柜台工作人员说话跟人欠了他钱似的，不清楚问汇率这些问题有错吗？说话真的好欠打况且我已经到窗台前了没发现有顾客，还是我敲玻璃窗才抬头看我一眼，真的服了，，以后说什么都不会在这里换钱😅

Despite of bad reviews, still try my luck to change my money here. But it turns up with good service. The staff serve me politely and efficient too. I always checked the conversion rate with other money changer before decide which is the best. Has been here twice, the exchange rate is always profitable compare to others. Location is wise, in Vivacity Megamall.

Price is not even close to competitive. THE WORST RATE throughout Kuching. Employees DOES NOT SHOW ANY COMMON COURTESY, and the Owner is Really --Really Rude RUDE.

They do not take small bills, do not take coins, do not change small amounts of money, do not take crumpled notes. I also do not know how they do business... I am happy they are thriving and doing well. Maybe need more competition around this area to improve.
