Whenever I call customer service, they don't answer. I even visited their location and witnessed by calling their customer service, still nobody bothers to pick up the phone. Such a poor service.

I am not quite sure why the location for MCIS Zurich is wrong? Make 3 rounds only to find out it's right in front of Toyota showroom after I make a call direct to MCIS. Google map brought me to the residence area . I have suggested an edit

Just by this 1st October 2019 they have launched their rebranding as MCIS Life from MCIS Insurance.
This klang branch consist of almost 20units above..
The agency counter staff's also very pollite to customers.
