Saya contact utk bertanya tentang status credit card on behalf husband saya tak boleh. Eventhough dh explain kata husb tak dpt contact sbb ada di oversea. Sombong sgt person in charge tu (chineese). Kita tak sempat ckp habis dia dh pangkah kita ckp “cannot” berulang kali. Ok tq

The staff is not clear what she is doing and drag the call till 14 minutes to answer the simple question. Better improve the customer service and send them to a proper trainings to improve the communication skills when speak to customers ☝🏻

Frickin bad experience. I go to reopen my old mae account. After telling every detail to the front counter, they give me a number and tell me to wait. I waited for 1 hour then it my turn (mind, you there is so little people in the branch adn the all counter are empty). Then, wait i telling everything to the lady in counter 18, she condescendingly ask me where do i work, my source of income, where i stored my income and then ask me for source of income slip. Since i dont know of of course i dont brought anything, Then, i ask whether i can give to her through email or whatsapp and she simply said print only (condescendingly again). BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES.

30/9/24 15:+- At first got 3 counter active, 16, 17 and 19. Only 1 number for my turn. Then delivery of drinks came, 2 counter staff 16 and 19 grabbed the drink and went inside. Left only 1 counter. Still, more then 40 minutes already, not yet call my number. Poor services. Drinks come first before attending customers.

Went to branch for card replacement. Staff on counter 17 very well knowledge and professional in assist me do the process.. within 15min everything done. Very happy as I'm form melaka coming for vacation. Good 👍 job Maybank
