It was heartbreaking to see how the emergency team at this hospital treated our situation. We brought in a child who clearly needed immediate care, but the staff showed no urgency and acted like it wasn’t serious at all. This is not the kind of treatment anyone—especially a child—deserves.Despite arriving with a child who needed urgent attention, the staff failed to act promptly or responsibly. This lack of seriousness in handling emergencies is unacceptable and very disappointing

I'm truly impressed with the service as I need to asked for my auntie's condition and the nurse is willingly to explain to me via phone calls. I asked for the nurse's name but she refused to give and said that's her job and duty. May God bless you and ur family abundantly.

No proper equipment, it’s so inconvenient if you’re diagnosed with serious illness and you’ve got to fly to Miri for a better chance of surviving. Very disappointing.
My late brother was sick during Covid-19, and needed to be transfer to Miri due to lack of proper medical facilities. How on earth do you expect for middle or lower income families to afford the traveling cost? I don’t blame the medical staff, they’re doing the best they can. I hope there will be changes.

same old hospital with new staff,hope for new hospital,medical services can deliver to the community more eficient and profesionals....with the present condition,nothing much they can do...except for early intervention in dire emergency cases..
