I attended the 5-day Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program conducted by Mr. Moorthy from 25-29 November 2024 at AC Hotel (Penang). It was an incredible experience. The training was exceptionally well-structured, and I learned so much, not just about training techniques but also the oppurtunities or path I have ahead as a trainer. The training left me feeling deeply motivated and confident in my ability to deliver impactful sessions in the future.

Mr. Moorthy’s energy and expertise were truly inspiring. Without a doubt, he is the best trainer I’ve ever had the privilege of learning from. His stories, experiences, and life journey left a deep impression on every single one of us. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to guide and support us even beyond the training , like a mentor for life ! That’s the kind of remarkable person he is!

What made this journey even more special was the amazing group of trainees I got to share it with. It didn’t feel like just a training group; it felt like a super team. The camaraderie, shared experiences, and support we offered one another were exceptional. Mustaffa, Koamathi, Kelly, Mangalesh, Sashi, Jiang, Navita, and Jay ! We had so much to share and learn from each other ! I hope we all go on to achieve great things, whether together or on our individual paths as successful trainers.

This experience will always hold a special place in my heart ❤️.

I'm from the class of 9th - 13th October 2023 at Wyndham Grand Bangsar Hotel, KL.
I had the pleasure of attending the "Train the Trainer" with Mr. Murthy and my fellow new classmates. I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had. The program, under the guidance of Mr. Murthy, exceeded all my expectations and left me feeling inspired and well-prepared for my role as a trainer.
Mr. Murthy is a true expert in his field, and his passion for training and development shines through in every aspect of the program. His wealth of knowledge and years of experience were evident in the depth and quality of the content he delivered. He managed to make even complex concepts accessible and engaging, ensuring that every participant could grasp and apply them effectively.
The genuine care and commitment from Mr. Murthy is tremendous and it was displayed towards the professional development of every participant. They fostered a supportive and collaborative learning environment, making everyone feel valued and appreciated.
