Our jungle experience Jungle Andventure Travel was absolutely incredible — it truly deserves more than 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly arranged, yet still flexible and tailored to our pace and interests. The personal service we received was exceptional.

Andrew, our guide, is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also a genuinely kind and warm person. He has a great sense of humor, and we laughed a lot along the way. What really stood out was his attention to our young children — he was patient, thoughtful, and made sure they felt included and safe at all times.

What made this trip truly special was that we got to see hidden gems and cultural hotspots that aren’t on the typical tourist route. We learned so much about the local way of life and experienced the jungle in an authentic, respectful way.

We recently joined a tour to Taman Negara with Jungle Adventure Travel, and it was a truly unforgettable experience! Our guide, Mr. Andrew, made the trip smooth and enjoyable with his excellent arrangements.

We brought children along, and Mr. Andrew was incredibly caring and attentive—especially during our time in the jungle. He brought us to explore caves, go hiking, and enjoy a beautiful waterfall. Throughout the journey, he made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. His knowledge and calm presence gave us complete trust in him, even in the more adventurous parts of the tour.

Our family of 4 booked a 4 day 3 Night special package to Taman Negara with Jungle Adventure Travel last week, and it turned out to be fantastic experience. Andrew is very knowledgable with the Kota Gelanggi caves complex and it was wonderful exploring the caves and its surrounding forest with the huge Tualang trees. The Taman Negara experience was surreal with the dense forest and especially the morning trip and swim at the calm and peaceful Lata Berkoh. Our group was vegetarian and Andrew had taken special care in all places we ate in Jerantut and Kuala Besut that we get reasonable variety of vegetarian food. This trip wouldn’t have been as great if Andrew hadn’t shown us around and planned the package for us. Highly recommended!

A special thanks to our tour leader, Andrew, who went above and beyond to take care of the children and ensure that every part of our trip ran seamlessly. His friendly and professional guidance made our journey even more enjoyable.

And a heartfelt appreciation to Uncle Michael, who showed great patience and hospitality by waiting for two ladies who missed their train and were further delayed. His kindness and dedication really stood out and meant a lot to us.❤️
