My house renovation was handle by Kevin Tan. Very good service and patient guy. He did a good job.

Unfortunately, I choose the wrong contractor. Engaged them few years back to extend the wet kitchen, car porch and master bedroom's toilet. Paid a hefty renovation cost. I was not in a rush to move in and they took almost a year to complete. But still the renovation was done badly.

Few months later, the slab at the car porch and wet kitchen cracked and leaked. The water seeping at the upstairs toilet causing my living room to have watermarks. They came to repaired once however the leak happened again after few months. Called the contractor and he avoided my phone calls. Very irresponsible contractor.

I was so frustrated with them.

Please think twice before engaging them.

Please look at the official receipt attached. I even have the invoice, name and IC number of the contractor. Do you think I'm too free to write a review without evidence? Other contractor who came to rectify the leakage even mentioned that the job was done unprofessionally.

Engaged them a few years back, till now more and more problem arise. All I can say their quality of work is bad.

Sub the jobs out to other sub-cons, when there are some issues with their sub-cons work, they said it is not their problem, have to complain to the sub-con. WTH!!! Money they know how to collect, then said not their problem. Also, they were the ones who find and delegated the job to them

Quote us one thing then install another thing, example: air cond piping, quoted with inverter piping but installed non-inverter piping.

Extension done by Sky good and responsible person. Just need to manage the worker ensure clean and tidy.
Tv cabinet and altar done by Apple which good quality.

Lousy company. I don’t see why it is rated as punctual by some people when they don’t bother to send quotation. I have to keep calling for them to send quotation. Still no quotation. Keep calling them for site visit. This is not free service or charity. I’m paying for the renovation, got it? This company doesn’t deserve any star at all. Google has set to rate at least one star to post this blardy comment
