I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received at the Hong Leong Bank Priority Center, Jalan Kapar Klang, especially from Ms. Vicky at the counter service @ Counter 8 to be precise on 7/8/25.

Ms. Vicky was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful in assisting me with the recovery of my unclaimed monies, which had been set aside by the bank. She went above and beyond by not only guiding me through the process but also taking the initiative to advise and assist me in opening a bank account to ensure the funds could be securely credited and managed going forward.

Her patient and courteous demeanor, along with her clear communication and willingness to assist, truly made a difference. This level of service reflects great credit not only on her but also on the branch's overall commitment to customer satisfaction.

Kudos to Hong Leong Bank for having such a competent and dedicated staff member. I am truly grateful for the assistance provided. Thank you

I would like to commend Ms Crystal who has been very very helpful throughout our company's bank account opening process.
Seldom I come across banking staff who would go the extra mile and even willing to text customers personally, even after working hours. She had been nothing but excellent in assisting us and providing solutions and suggestions.
Hopefully the bank can see this feedback and appreciate such commendable employees upholding the bank's brand name.

Saya tuka duit syiling dan saya dh kira siap2 dari rumh 2 kali kira dan saya tuka ke bank hong leong yang dorng kira salah pastu salah kan customer yang kira salah ... Saya kira 720.40 dapat 697.50 .kurang lagi 22.90 saya cakap kira balik tak mungkin kira tangan salah ... Kadang2 mesin pon tak betul .. atau perkerja yang malas nak kira...

Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve had. Waiting almost 45 minutes just to be served, only to deal with slow, unprofessional staff who couldn't even bother to communicate properly.
Staff would leave customers hanging at the counter without a word.
Senior staff were no better — unfriendly, rude, and showed no customer care whatsoever. Rxtremely disappointed!!!

Hong Leong Bank Jalan Kapar seriously needs to overhaul its service standards!
