Apply refund payment on December 2024 until now haven't received any payment. Calling and email get no result, always answer still in progress. HLA really is the worst assurance company i met. poor service and irresponsible company.

真的差，agent态度差到。。。。
还需要等几个月了都还不能给一个正确答案。还说要rv,在等，我说可以你可以把医生报告给我吗，他说我要怎样诉医生都可以，真的三思要买这家保险的话。

After sales service very bad. Agent Stella not helpful. The whole families bought Policy from her, first bought service good, then after long, when need help, not helpful. Text her, take 3 day to 1 week just reply. Said missed the message. Everytime like that, but when first bought that time, message reply asap. Worst agent.

这里有个叫Jess的女agent做事很不负责任！她从今年年头3月拖人的保险拖到最后没下文。直到9月遇到另外一个男agent才成功买到保单。我知道我们这种买保险的小单你看不起，但是至少也顾客为上吧。

这个叫“Jess”的女agent的事后态度很没礼貌，她还把过错怪在别人。她还做了很幼稚的事，还block掉顾客的WhatsApp。她个人态度真的非常有问题，难道一个完全没有经验的顾客想跟你购买保险，想了解更多所以问多几个价格想比较下都不可以？她反而怪顾客compare太多，还说要是顾客不要换来换去就可以早apply了….然后还说自己无端端被人投诉很“无奈”。
难道一个没有买保险经验的购买者，想问多一点问题多了解有错？毕竟顾客是要花钱在你们公司得，问多了就是顾客问题？

真心希望不会还有下一个受害者遇到这种服务态度的agent🙏🏻

First time here to understand on my HLA saving policy and was attended by CS Executive - Wynnie On. She is friendly, patience and helpful on all my enquiries and guided me step by step how to access HLA360 online account. Even give me a mini note book before I leave.
P/s: Overall pleasant experience here not because of the notebook! 😊
