Communication of delivery for IKEA products was a poor experience. The Hexagon staff was rude and not competent to handle calls. The delivery was acceptable but the handling of goods was rough. The attitude of the delivery team needs immediate improvement. They should learn how to talk to customers from GRAB/LYFT drivers.
