今天16/10/2024，下午四点多在这家公司受到不友善的服务👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻！柜台一位华族女工作人员（长发，戴眼睛），一副不友善，不想服务人的态度实在令人感到失望！我老公需要申报新的提款卡资料，她却问我老公，为什么不自己上网填写，还算了一下我老公的年纪，和她身边的印族调侃我老公，说他才51岁，应该懂电脑，会上网！
我就想问一下，这就是大东方保险公司对待客户该有的态度吗？？？如果要7老八十的人你们才愿意帮忙解决问题，那么请在门口贴张告示牌，我们也可以避免踏进贵公司受这种屈辱！如果您是请错员工或者麻烦教育一下员工什么是保险公司该有的服务态度吧！
Today, 16/10/2024, I received unfriendly service at this company at around 4pm! There was a Chinese female staff member at the counter (long hair, wearing glasses) who looked unfriendly and had an attitude of not wanting to serve, which was really disappointing👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻! My husband needed to declare new ATM card information, but she asked my husband why he didn't fill it out online. She also calculated my husband's age and teased my husband with the Indian people around her, saying that he was only 51 years old and should understand. Computer, can surf the Internet!
I just want to ask, is this the attitude Great Eastern Insurance Company should have towards its customers? ? ? If you need people aged 70 or 80 to be willing to help solve the problem, then please put a sign at the door, and we can avoid stepping into your company and suffering this humiliation! If you have hired the wrong employee or please educate your employees on the service attitude that an insurance company should have!
