If can put zero rating, i will!

One of the worst insurance to get, impatient customer service and purposely put you on hold for long to avoid replying your enquiries

As the policy had been changing from UniAsia to Gilbratar and now to FWD, was told there will not be any agent servicing due to old policies, shouldn't old policies holder be attended as well for being long term customer?

No reminder received for payment and the policy which i had been paying for 20 years just being lapsed after one mth due, what type of insurance company is this

I visited the branch today to enquire about my long time insurance policy and nominees. I was greeted by friendly customer service who took time to check and explained my policy. She also helped me to update my details all and given me useful advice. Done within less than30minutes.Great experience. Thank you

please dont take any insurance from this company. we bought a house and took insurance from them eight years ago and currently my husband passed away and whenever called doesnt want to reveal on the payments and ask me to refer to BSN when call BSN and they said refer to FWD/Gibraratar on the sum insurred but when take loan the insurance sum was very high if compare with the other banks and I thought they wont cheat but now cheated me on the payment disbursed. This insurance company is not safer .

This insurance company has changed its name from Gibraltar BSN to FWD Insurance Berhad and they keep quite without telling or announcing the changes to their policy holders. Their agents are the worst in providing services. So when come to auto deduction thru bank and the bank will not release payment by using FWD Insurance. So your policy is going lapse & you will be left uncovered, after paying for so long to Gibraltar BSN. Pls educate your agent's to provide proper service and I am sure you are going to lose a lot of good paying customers. I'm thinking now to change my insurance provider.

Basically, u show interest in their products and they get an agent to call you. The agent just call you read everything from the website and do not bother what are you trying to find out. Bo da dei...dont waste my time... Get someone knowledgeable and professional please. Customer come to you and you send some dum dum to entertain. OMG, i cannot understand the logic behind. Phatetic, dont even dare to buy from your company.
