Don't be fooled by the dingy first impressions and tricky traffic entry - this is a top-notch workshop with one of the best and most efficient car repair and repainting services around in the Klang Valley.

The many staff here are super-friendly and go beyond expectations to deliver results and even throw in a one-year guarantee for free, after very reasonable charges!

Thank you Angel and Mr Tan for possibly my best ever interaction with any car workshop, and that includes the direct brand manufacturers' service centres - highly recommended for repeat visits.

My recent car accident highlighted both the challenges and successes of navigating insurance claims. While legally at fault for reversing into a Grab car (resulting in a RM300 fine), the damage to my vehicle was significant (bumper and taillight). My Generali insurance agent promptly recommended Dynamic Auto Service Centre Balakong, a 4.7-star rated panel workshop conveniently located near my home. Their loaner car for two weeks was a helpful provision.

Initially, the repair quality at Dynamic Auto fell short of expectations, with noticeable gaps in the bumper joints. I refused the initial repair, highlighting the unacceptable use of rubber bands to cover these imperfections. After requesting a superior to check on the repair and providing a quote from Auto Fix Garage as a comparison, the issue was addressed professionally. Mr. Tan, the person in charge, took ownership of the situation, rectifying the problem the following day to my satisfaction. The final repair was excellent, with no visible gaps.

The claims process was straightforward, involving simple documentation upon drop-off and pick-up. I commend Generali for their access to reliable and reputable panel workshops like Dynamic Auto, even if initial workmanship required additional attention.

Send my Proton X50 to Dynamic Auto for accident claim due to Proton 4S centre cannot comfirm the time i have to wait for the parts. Supprising this Dynamic Auto got ready parts and the repair is done within 2 weeks. Thank you Mr. Alan for your guidance throught the whole claim process, and also the complementary whole car polishing from you. Now my 3 years old car shinning like new car again. 🙂

worst place to do repair! left my car here for 2 weeks but lousy repair done and had more problems than before when i picked it up. kata ‘claim insurance’ but do cincai job 🙄 kena scam saja
