The houses are poorly built. It leaks all over. Every time we discover a new defect in the house. Even my neighbors have the same problems. Every time I fix one leak, another shows up. Rats and mice are popping up everywhere . Do not buy in here and find a better project . Ask the people who stay here about all the problems.. all the phases have the same problem ...
