Cuti Gawai Smpai hari Isnin je. Sepatut nya selasa DH bukak. Ada urusan penting Jdi tergendala PLK. Dengan notis nya tak letak. DKT Google bukak. Smpai2 ttup. Menyusahkan betul. Ttup Je LA kalau MCM ni.

Nak renew kad bank pun berejam tunggu. 1 kaunter jak bukak untuk urusan ya. Kaunter bukak banyak2 buat apa. Nak ambik nombor pun baris sampai luar. Wasting time. 1st n last dtg sini. Mana2 cimb pun sama saja. Xefisien betul. Pekerja punya ramai. Sorang saja bukak untuk ambik nombor, dia juga tolong org tua isi borang.

The 2 staffs issuing the queue number were not friendly or approachable, I wanted help with my login for internet banking, and the responses were ‘you try again, use your ATM card info, not coming here’, hmmm…I had issues with those so I went there hoping to get helps from real human- bank staffs employed by the bank to serve.

At the end, I wasn’t given a queue number , but luckily the customer served by seated service lady left so I asked the lady, she said the same but asked me to try using the ATM to check the password first, using another apps by CIMB then try to activate, she did guided me through when requested and I managed to perform the transaction.

Honestly, I was there around 3pm on a Wednesday, the bank was not busy (bank management: check the CCTV to verify that) only a handful of customers were there but the staffs were more interested in other things but serving customers.

Extremely slow and long queue due to inefficiency of the front desk lady named Choo I think. She has very bad customer service. I went for my debit card renewal cause it’s almost expired and she asked me to come when it’s expired. Hello? Not everyone is free to come to the bank anytime. She just passed me the form with no proper instructions what to fill in and asked me to queue again. She was also rude to other customers, referring customers to online or cash deposit machines to reduce her workload as much as possible. Despite her not coping with her job, her colleagues did not bother to come help her, until requested by the higher up who is comfortably sitting behind the counter. Suggest to put the forms at the entrance for customers to fill instead of letting us queue for half an hour, just to take form from front desk to fill up and queue again to pass the form back to her for processing. The whole process took me 1 hour. Just to renew debit card. In other bank it will only take 15 minutes or so. Kindly allocate someone who is observant, friendly and can manage the queue better at front desk. Also please allocate 2 staffs there during peak hour.
