Still a lot to improve. Sorry to say, I have been a loyal customer of BIMB for nearly 3 decades....but service is still lack. BIMB mobile app has limited functions compared to other banks, thats why I need to visit the bank....but

Urusan ganti debit card yang hilang,berjalan lancar. Staff di sini semuanya sangat mesra dan murah senyuman. Keperibadian dan akhlak staf semuanya sedondon dengan nama yang dibawa bank ini. Terima kasih semua.

Lelaki berkaca mata yang berada di meja berdekatan pintu masuk sangat bagus lah dan sangat membantu. Customer Service bagi solution serupa bodoh.

Punca masalah saya-
Apps IOS bank ISLAM ada bugs tak boleh detect password input if password input coming from saved password in iPhone settings. The solution left is only need to write the password.

The front staff entertain the customers patiently. When the door open at 2.30pm, many customers came. But the front still able to talk nicely and entertain customers. Overall the staffs were nice and polite and work efficiently.

Worse service ever. Went to this branch to ask about their operating hours ( since they never picked up phone call) and asked this woman staff, wearing glasses, who stood 'guarding' at the entrance, about the closing time. I asked nicely but she rudely replied and almost yelling at me just because i'd like to reconfirm of what she said (since it's busy outside and all of us were wearing masks, so CERTAINLY I couldnt hear it clearly). Being sarcastic and rude to customers are strictly a BIG FAT NO!!! To this staff, i understand that maybe u're tired of standing at the door, but if you are tired and can't handle customers, I strongly advice u to go somewhere else and avoid from working in this kind of job. it really does give a bad reputation to your company. P.S the guard standing there was friendlier and better in handling customers!! and P.P.S AVOID this woman at all costs if u'r planning to go to this branch.
