I attended Kursus Pra Perkahwinan organized by this agency and was informed during registration on the same day that the meals for 2-day course were not included due to unforeseen circumstances. However, they only refunded RM10. I believe this refunded amount is unacceptable considering we had to pay for the meals ourselves due to their late notification. I do believe that this agency can improve more on their events moving forward. Thank you.

I inquired about the break time on Friday and was informed that it was at 2 PM. I waited for more than an hour past this time. It seems there is an issue with staff and operation hours that needs to be addressed. No one wants to waste their time waiting unnecessarily.
