Bad customer service, me as a customer i dont feel the queing is systematic as it dont use the numbering machine, they just simply ask u to seat and call u randomly. Service also very slow although not many customers are waiting. Worst bank i have been to so far.

Extremely very good customer services from the staff,,especially during MCO period,this affin bank gives very fast services, many carparks for customer, THUMPS UP 👍👏AND keep up the good work Affin Bank kuantan

bad service. very rude staff. had to go to other branch to settle my issue and even the other branch appologize for the bad service provided by kuantan branch. please improve your service.
