at first I'm a bit scared to come because of others' reviews, but when I come, everything is fine. the staff is friendly, they help me and my mom patiently, step by step showing what to do. the process also fast. thank you for helping us solve our problems 🫶🏻

They opt for appointment for every things but the appointment page are difficult to search online. Not very convenient if you want to book prior hope they can update their website so it’s easier for everyone to spot it

Good customer service. Very efficient in giving the queue number. You can make an appointment or just walk in. Although there are a lot of people waiting, running number run smoothly and alot of counters open. GE Staff also very helpful and knowledgeble to settle all the inquiry. Can park at basement parking at great eastern mall.

My wife was admitted to hospital due to Acute Gastritis in Oct2024. GE rejected our claim on Dec2024 based on Endometriosis and Kidney stone which were not related, and the wrongfully claimed Kidney Stone, which did not happened.

GE later put a twist by saying, the Endometriosis surgery was not disclosed during the Application process. Yes, it wasn't disclosed by us, but the Application process was interviewed by GE agent, and that question was not brought up!!! This is error and omission on GE part, how do you put it back on to the client

But the basis of the rejection mentioned above, does not tally with our claim for Acute Gastritis as per the Medical Report by the doctor!!!

Lesson to be learned here is:
1. GE is a crook
2. They are greedy to earn your money
3. They will find all ways to reject your claim even though it is their fault
4. NEVER NEVER NEVER sign up with GE, or you will REGRET!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stupid hq...nomination also people ask to wait !! Yesterday I went here this same hq another malay guy do so fast and very good ...today another guy ask to wait for 1 or 2 hours !!!
