I would like to surrender a certificate and email them all the required documents. They replied me they will review it and the turn-around time will be 10 working days. I have been waiting and I decided to call them. At the end they "policy servicing" checked and told that ''We regret to inform that we cannot proceed with your request" without the reason. Until now I have been waiting for 2 month, no payment has been done. Everytime I need to call them and they will check for me and told me that submitted old version form that's why cannot proceed but true thing is form already new version and moreover I still need to wait for another 10 working days again. Hope you can improve your poor management.

I would like to surrender a certificate and email them all the required documents. They replied me they will review it and the turn-around time will be 10 working days. I have been waiting and I decided to call them. At the end they checked and told me that the process hasn’t start yet? Last month they also told me like that until now I have been waiting for 1 month, no payment has been done. Everytime I need to call them and they will check for me and I still need to wait for another 10 working days again. Hope you can improve your management.

This cooperation don't deserve even 1 start. The customer service is so bad. Even the plan for fwd is as worst it is. When I sign up was with HSBC bank. And now they are handling everything. Alot of hidden cost. Now that I'm surrendering my policy. They r deducting more than required. I have paid in advance but they refuse to pay my advance money back. Call the customer service,the agents are so stupid. Don't even know to handle a simple answer. Will tell that I will find out and call back. But no effort is done. No return calls. Emails are not been replied. The manager of the team is as stupid as them. But shut the company

My surrender request still not yet proceed even I had submitted all the documents for it. Always give me same reason --- ask me waiting for 10-14 working days. No efficient at all.

I bought the FWD MedSure Direct policy from this company online.
Very easy steps to purchase the policy for both me and my wife.
But the real issue comes when you have claims. This policy is only for Hospitalization allowance.
My wife was admitted to hospital for 6 days, and after she was discharged, I submitted the claim through the Portal on 29-Aug-23 using the eSubmission. The reply from the portal is that they will reply to me within 48 hours, but I only got an email reply by the Claim Dept on 5-Sep-23.
The email stated that I need to submit 7 additional pieces of information including verified IC, doctor’s report etc. The email advises me to either send the additional information through either the eSubmission or email. I submitted the additional information required by eSubmission on 19-Sep-23 & email on 27-Sep-23. The eSubmission again reply that they will reply within 48 hours but did not. I got an email on 1-Oct-23 from an Executive, Customer Service, Nur Alyssa Nabila stating that she has forwarded my email and document to relevant parties for action. As there is still no response at all from them, I emailed Nur Alyssa Nabila on 11-Oct-23 to check on the status but until today 17-Oct-23, there is no response whatsoever.
I am suspecting if this online insurance company is a total scam.

I hardly complaint a banking / insurance company . This is till the point that i think i should give one start review on your company . I 've submitted customer request form for a new credit card standing instruction . I've follow the instruction to send in email with hardcopy all information 04/10 , then till end of the month , no deduction takes place. I raised a call again 28/10 . The customer service explained is common for the billing team to work on it. Someone rang me back and mentioned and confirmed deduction will be performed on 31/10 . So i assume things are in order until i check my credit card statement on 16/11 , no deduction at all . As customer i need call back again to follow up on this , they said billing team has an issue but why no one call us to update on this at least they still explain billing team is working on this.....

Conclusion : A simple request of a new credit card standing instruction need to take more than 1.5 months but yet to solve it. I'm not sure it need to take how many more 7-11 working day again to resolve this simple request .... I doubt how your company do a insurance business?

P/S this is not a complicated case that required investigation.

Updated : Once google complaints raised , the case had been resolve and credit card payment take place on 17/11 /2022.
Total time periods took to resolve : 04/10 till 17/11 .

just not worth it. go for other company pls guys. they just slow in solving problems. customer service staff (the indian guy) is not helping at all, they should have solutions to any customer's problems. and yet, they just throw us away like a ball and asked to call the HQ. what for? ridiculous.
