Before this sidai 4jam, kali ni dah 3 jam tak sampai2x lagi, kereta breakdown tepi jalan, hujan duk dalam kereta panas, next insurance sorry lah rhb. I blacklist sampai bila2x.

Telefon company tu dah rosak ke dah la lori korang langgar kereta aku.. buat masalah la nak settle claim regarding to my car yg kena langgar then tak pandai angkat call nak dtg pun payah sbb I kerja cuti on sunday mcm mana nak dtg.. baik buang je phone tu terus

THIS IS THE WORST TWO TRUCK SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. I called the customer at 7:43am for a tow truck and waited for a solid one hour and I called again and they said tow truck driver is on the way from Bukit Raja which is 15minutes away from my location. After multiple calls for the tow truck ETA and TWO DAMN HOURS they told me that they will find me another tow truck in which I need to wait for another TWO DAMN HOURS. The staff didn’t even cared to call me back to tell me about the new arrangement until I called them myself. I mean the service is really outstanding. WAITING FOUR HOURS FOR A TOW TRUCK. AKU BALIK DARI PENANG PON DAH SAMPAI LA 👌🏼
