Review of Agro Bank Bahau (22 Sept 2025, 2:30pm)
When I entered the Bahau branch at 2:30pm, I realized that no staff seemed interested in attending to customers or guiding them on services. Customers, including myself, had to personally take queue numbers without any assistance.
By 3:00pm, there was still no movement in the queue. Upon checking, the security guard informed me that the officer in charge of pawn services was not on duty, and the replacement staff could not confirm when valuation services would be available.
This clearly shows a lack of customer care. There was no Public Relations Officer or staff assigned to manage and guide customers, leaving us waiting aimlessly as if our time had no value.
In contrast, the Agro Bank Segamat branch provides outstanding service and proper customer handling. The Bahau branch has a lot to improve in terms of professionalism, customer service, and communication with clients.
