asked about scam issue to the male staff at the front desk and he simply said that he doesn't understand my problem. I clearly said that I got scammed (unauthorized transaction, no tac, no otp received) and I want suggestion on what I should do. I trusted my savings to this bank and I've lost it all. He was friendly to the client in front of me but when it was my turn and I told him what happened to me, his smiles fade. Don't go to this branch and don't bother opening a bank acc with this bank. Disappointed. The staff is old already and can retire if he doesn't want to work. Pls give the younger people to work who understands the current issue.

Datang untuk tukar kad. Tengok rating agak rendah. Tapi tadi Alhamdulillah cust service dari 3 staff yg terlibat tadi sangat baik. Cuma tadi lupa nak tanya nama. Staf perempuan kaunter 2, dan 2 staf bahagian pertanyaan.

Sejam lebih betunggu, Last2 madah ktk perlu ke cimb batu 3 utk problem tok.. N then pergi cimb batu 3.. Nasib staff friendly n cdak terkejut.. Sepatutnya boleh jk solve the problem dekat mana2 branch pun...

Went there to get a solution but the staff just simply said she don't even know what to do and how to solve my problem. If I know how to solve my issue then i wont be bothered to come to this branch. No solution, unfriendly. Now i get it why some reviews here mentioned staff cannot solve problem & got attitude problem.
