Une véritable catastrophe du début à la fin.

Personnel désagréable, aucun sourire, on se demande même s’ils ont envie de travailler. L’accueil est glacial, et on a l’impression de déranger. C’est à croire que le client doit faire le service lui-même !

La nourriture arrive froide, sans goût. Rien n’est maîtrisé, même les plats simples sont ratés. On sent clairement le manque de professionnalisme en cuisine.

Le restaurant ferme à 20h30, du jamais vu, alors qu’il est censé être ouvert plus tard. On se fait presque mettre dehors sans ménagement.

Un personnel à changer de toute urgence : incompétents, nonchalants, limite impolis.

Allez chez la concurrence, vous y serez bien mieux accueillis et au moins vous mangerez chaud.

Nous ne séjournions pas au Bushman mais c'était notre endroit préféré de Juara pour aller manger.
Les pancakes à la banane le matin sont excellents, pour le déjeuner ou le dîner vous pouvez sélectionner ce que vous voulez sur la carte tout est délicieux.
Allez y les yeux fermés!
Il fait parti des restaurants le moins cher et on recommande les nouilles du Bushman.

We had a wonderful stay at Bushman on — a perfect place for anyone looking to unwind on an unspoilt, quiet beach. The location is idyllic, with a relaxed atmosphere.
We stayed in the beachfront cabins, which were simple yet comfortable, with a air con and a fridge and waking up to sunrise views over the sea was unforgettable.
It is run by welcoming local family, and the on-site restaurant, also right on the beach, serves a delicious mix of local dishes alongside more familiar options like burgers. It is great value and the service was consistently friendly and polite.
We also took a snorkeling trip to Coral Island through them — it was a highlight of our trip.
Overall, Bushman offers fantastic value for money, genuine hospitality, and a peaceful, beautiful setting. We highly recommend it and would love to return!

We tried the pineapple pancake and also eggs with Roti Chanai. Everything was freshly prepared and yummy to start a new day on Tioman Island 🇲🇾☕️🥤🍳🥞

You have a great view from the terrace towards the beach and the sea🏝️ Only the sand flies are very annoying and itchy

I didn't stay in the hotel but was at the restaurant sometimes. It can be busy so I had to wait one time. But they have a sofa and I already had my drink and waited for a table. 🙂 They have western food but (like pizza and burger) but also malay/Asian food. So there is something for everyone.

So the restaurant is awful. It's true that it's cheap, but it's half the menu available. The waitresses, or rather the women present for the service, are really unpleasant and prefer to sit with the telephone rather than serve. The timetables are not respected, we started a meal an hour before closing time and couldn't even order a dessert. In short, don't bother!

The service is miserable you have to order by yourselves, the employees are not friendly and serve cold meals !!! The service finish at 8:30 pm and it was written 9pm. Moreover half of the menu is « finished » there is nothing left. I do not recommend ofc

Wir haben jeden Abend bei Bushmann zu Abend gegessen. Das Essen ist wirklich top, Basic Gerichte aber mit Liebe gekocht und große Portionen. Ausserdem verlässlich geöffnet (was am Juara Beach nicht selbstverständlich ist). Die Bedienung war immer super freundlich. Definitiv das beste Essen im nördlichen Teil von Juara!
