The traffic light here is the main source of congestion on this road. The intermittent crossing of workers should be aided by the guard's control of the traffic light instead of normal timing. The convenience of this company is made at the expense of frequent and long stop of traffic without any worker crossing the road. What makes thing worse is the pointless green pulsating signal (in addition to more than enough long yellow light) for the crossing workers which usually dont make use of 70% of the green light period allocated for them.
