說起來真的很佩服
Hup Lik Debt Collection (M) Sdn Bhd，幫了我一個大忙！
事情是這樣的，我有個朋友幾年前借了我一筆錢，說好幾個月就還，結果一拖就是一年多。平時聯絡，他總是找藉口，後來乾脆不接電話，搞得我真的很頭痛。

Innitally haven’t some payment but even enough to cover their fees, after few months I follow up with them no reply message, wasted money on them

Despite constant and regular follows up since the last 1 1/2 years for two debts (one debt with Court judgement) It is disappointing and frustrating to note that not a single payment has been collected and neither there is any noticeable effort and progress.

The company have also not responded to my several e-mails requesting for update since the last few months and neither the collection personnel responded to my WhatsApp messages and tele calls since the last 5 months.

Disappointed & frustrated.

Pls pls don't waste your money with them, seriously. After getting paid, hardly get any updates. Have to keep asking them for update, giving some excuse when it's quite clear they didn't do anything.

-Slow process of collecting the debt.
-Not much efficient, taking so much time to collect just small amount.
