Really nice building, very friendly staff, clean pool and gym enjoyed it very much. There are 2 stores downstairs and laundry. Across the street are two restaurants and if you go little further across little river there are several other restaurants. Across the highway we have Amerin mall and more stores. A bus stop about 7 min walking distance, bus will take you to the metro. Please feed the dog at bus stop and give him water, he is friendly. Grab will cost you about 12-15rm to get to batu sebelas Cheras train station. Bus when on time will make it in 8min for 3rm. But bus is not always on time. On the way to train station there is a bigger mall with nice food court. The apartment we had was nice clean and quite comfortable to live for a month for 2 people.

Security is very rude. Very bad management. Visitor parking can only park for 3hours. Rules for swimming are very bad. Must wear proper bikini. I wear shirt from sunway lagoon and its for pool but also cannot. The security came and told me very rude. My brother parked at visitor parking and can only park until 11pm. 11.20pm my brother go down the car already clamp. Only 20mins leyy! The security not even call or go up to call him. Then why you ask to write unit no and phone number to? Please lah i hope the management’s people do something better.

The management are so terrible. If you are planning to move here better dont. Security got no manners! Cannot swim unless bikini or totally long sleeve for a woman.. ive rented this unit for almost 1 year now im thinking to move out. Cannot park the car even in front of the building even in the parking place very rude asking to go up cannot park after 10pm...overall this place is bad there is no lobby as well... security and management arrogant. Dont move here folks! Im moving out

Located in not so nice area. No guard at entrance of building so parking is a bit risky. But to enter the residence we need to use card which is very good for safety.

Nice windy house. The house overlooking sunset so can chill to view it.
No international residents so very low crime cases reported.
Got one restaurant inside the building at the pool. Pool and playground also very nice. Water is cleand and maintained well.

Only prob is the parkinbg area is not safe

First visit thought I came to the wrong condominium. It doesn’t seem like a condo to me as it doesn’t have a proper lobby or signage where to park where to go for a visitor.

If you mistaken take the ramp (very steep)to resident entry, it only one way path in and out. Is hard to make a u-turn when you reach the access barriers. First time come across this kind building design for a residential. Is very inconvenience for guests and resident!!

Second, the so call “lobby” is not allow for waiting and pick up near the lift lobby. The lovely guard will instruct you to park at the road side, like taxi at road side waiting to pick up customer. No roof cover at the waiting area.lolz...what if rain passage will be wet.

Can’t see the potential of this property, pity for the residents and investors.

I'm one of the residence in the Silk Sky Serviced Apartment. It's a good apartment for both couples or family to stay. The building is new and well maintained. Since it's still new so i think just around 20% units are occupied. So far, the neighbourhood is okay and i can see most of the peoples staying here is quite educated and civilized... 🙂 The environment is peaceful, calm and I really like all the facilities provided here such as infinity pool, kids pool, gym with full equipment, playground, sauna & steam room and the rooftop garden for bbq and gathering area. The security also very good here so I just can say it's a perfect place to stay. Just my 2 cents.

This condo is nice and all. overall I love my place but I hate the management. The management can't even get things done. We ask someone to fix our washing machine and management will give lots of excuses. In total it took them almost 2weeks to bloody just plug in my washing machine and some nice guy only fixed it in 10mins. Then, if you plan to deliver something you bought online. You better be home when you do it because no one wants to hold your stuff, not even the management. The management even argued with me. I went to collect my stuff today and even the construction worker got angry at her because she isn't in the office during office hours.
