Epilogue:
A customer experiencing awful customer service normally just ends up having a bad day. Or if it’s a very awful one, a clever customer has the free will to address such a matter privately to even higher-ups, then the accused probably loses their job (a satisfying ending, which some may wish it comes true). But why would a complaint be displayed publicly as a Google review? Could it be… in the hope that the accused’s image, dignity, and career be tainted publicly and everyone else can see it? Then YOU AND BYSTANDERS can all gang up and go against the accused?

Meanwhile, an employee who experiences false accusations may lose their source of livelihood, source of passion—as they very much enjoy and are passionate about working, and also very likely end up with poor mental health.

Or do YOU just enjoy entertaining a complaint written by a TROLL so you can find a reason to joyfully, slowly torment the accused’s soul, and torture them mentally? Hmm… sounds like bullying in a workplace (well, I hope I might be wrong).

A writing could be fabricated, could be instructed by someone, could be strategically written by someone, could be written by someone with a fake identity—someone who is eager to witness another person’s downfall. Maybe the intellectual, righteous, and fair management that deals with numbers & no-nonsense, non-emotional, factual businesses should be looking into that?

When a person is getting into trouble, many times, and often, the person has been proven to be falsely accused; shouldn’t we look into the accuser instead? Who is behind the scenes who finds joy and keeps tracking the accused’s performance, as if they are waiting for the accused to miss their steps and trip anytime? As if waiting for the “Gotcha! You messed up!” moment?

Could it be that the other party is problematic instead?
