Having said this, the staff did everything well and was told to wait in the car. They came to greet the customers outside the building and requested the intention. Prefer digital payment. Due to pandemic. Hygience very important. Well train staff needed before serve customer. Greeting important. Green enviroment pls convert all document in pdf format and forward to customer by prefer method. Even social apps. Mordernasation needed immediately.

I do not know what are their problems, the staff were rude to every single customers. Bad working attitude and not efficient.Really bad customer service , in politeness, need more improvement bad customer can reflect business reputation.

Stupid address. Made me gone merry go round to look for this place, but there was nothing could be found. Map location also cannot make correct, how to trust this insurer? Ended up taking other insurers.
