The staff who helped me with my inquiries a Ms Kwong Sau Lan was extremely helpful & courteous. I had trouble uploading my documents in the e-connect. There was another staff Siti who also provided her kind & invaluable assistance in resolving the issue. Excellent customer service!

When I first enter the office today no one ever put on their smile on their face to their customer. Same goes to the girl who served me, and the way she answer my question is seriously a bit rude or reluctant to tell the truth, maybe you guys were trained to answer that way but what I can say is it really bring bad impression to me. Too bad that the customer care don't even have a basic quality of a service line. Sincerely hope that the service will be improved during my second visit next time.

Basic manners is much needed for your service line/ frontline team. A very basic smilling face to welcome your customer is a need isn't it? Other than that, please help to provide helpful answer to your customer but not just to avoid the question. Hopefully that I can see some improvement on your servicing quality during my next visit. Tq.

GE must really improve their services. The website for existing customers are buggy and slow. The phone number listed on the website (088-252033), when I called, it just asked you to call a 1300 numbers. Why don't you list the 1300 number directly in the website instead of the 088-252033 then?

One a brighter note, the customer service staff I spoke to, Mr Raj on 17 Dec 2014 at 2:50pm - 3pm was very help, knowledgeable and his explanation is clear and also friendly. Great job Raj!
