Aduii... Already know peak season now.. Please lh open more counter.. Jst now only 2-3counter open.... Each customer took 15min up.... Really slow..

My husband queued up since 10am++ for more than 1 hour at this branch to change new money for cny. There was one 80 years old uncle queueing behind him, as per instructed by the bank officer that he also need to line up like others, which means that the old uncle also queued up for 1 hour. There were only ONE counter opened for new money exchange . While queueing there were few people who CUT QUEUE because their friends are working in the bank. Then the officer came out and announced that the counter will be closed at 12pm. My husband questioned them on the spot why people can cut queue and is it possible to get number for tomorrow due to they had already lined up today for so long time. The bank officer said cannot and they couldn't clarify the cut queue incident. What I wish to highlight here is, if you know every year there will be so many people line up for new money exchange, why couldn't you think of solution like extend the hour or open more counter ? Why nothing is done / solved when you have the so called manager? Public bank must have a reason for existed for so long and having so many customers. But yet, the service needs to be improved much more to be more considerate, especially to the old folks.

Opening current account by appointment only

Only 5 persons are allowed in the ATM section while limiting to 10 persons in the counter section.

When there is no any officer at the ATM area, public did not followed the instructions..

To prevent crowds, visit 2pm onwards better

Their special care service counter is just for show. The teller with the glasses sitting on the left of the sign told me so. His exact words was that of ‘this counter is just for cash withdrawals’. So, if you are disabled or old, I would suggest to go to another branch.
