Kalau bole x nak kasi bintang. Poor service..Call x dapat2. Dah 2 hari call masih x dapat cakap dengan customer service. Baik x payah ada customer service. X de function. Mungkin nak kena complain dengan bank negara ke, baru ada respond.

It came to my surprise that customer service here is diabolical! I’ve experienced customer service on Citiphone and KL Branch and their standards of service is far superior. Staff are rude and they even yell to customers. No standards. They could’ve tell people nicely where the queue number is. Could’ve explain the process of card replacement clearly. It doesn’t cost you anything to be nice. Pretty much explains why the rest of past reviews are just so bad.

After reading some reviews, it actually depends on your timing. I took Grab there so no fuss about parking, reached close to 10am on Wed.
Entered and was greeted by securities along with 2 counter ladies. They were very helpful and I got my queue no. and was next in line.

Made my inquires as the staff was knowledgeable and helped with documents submission smoothly, was told to take a seat and waited for just within 15 mins all done however I needed to revisit again once the collection is ready.

Soon it seems, this consumer div. acquire by UOB and staffs migrating over.

This may sounds silly about a little commotion over the payment counter on the left side on a folded note but was settled by next gentleman in queue to exchange that folded MYR50/-…
Haha 🤭 … let’s have a little humility and patience.

Treat others well as how we wished to be treated. Not everything money can settle and never used $ to get your way. Be glad you’re served.

Upon arrival, I saw customers shouting at the front desk. Soon later, I understand why after experiencing it myself.

The staff here have no idea how to answer customer enquiry. If you asked 3 person you will get 3 different answers. You will be moved from one counter to another counter, then asked to fill up form after form, each time you will need to queue again.

For me I can't bank in money over counter and have to use the machine to bank in.

Finding a carpark is a nightmare like all the other reviewers had commented.

This is what happens when the managers are sitting in the newly renovated air con rooms and not knowing what happend out there over counters with customers.

Very unorganised. Were informed by kl collection department to retrived my balance frm Jb branch. But ppl here are unaware about it and had to keep repeating my request to many counters. Sited here for more than 1hr still unsettle. Very bad countwr service by an indian lady, told me if i dont want to wait then can not make the payment The payment counter close at 4pm. What till now dont know i want to withdraw!!!

Very bad experience with this branch citibank. All the way down to this branch settle my issue, but the Indian lady at the counter facing the door here are bad service attitude, keeping me waiting at the counter without giving me any response. Very bad counter service by this indian lady!!!!!
But luckily I met a very nice lady kakak in a pink suit, she patiently explained and helped me with my problem.

The counter told me that you could help me, let me take the number and wait for a few hours, and then told me that you couldn't help me, because there are many customers here, and I'm not a customer when it's difficult for others to be customers! ! ! I've been waiting for hours and said I can't help. What service is this? ! I don't think even a star is worth giving. ′

Staffs is good attitude but too much customers, all need waiting long time.
