Stopped here to withdraw cash from the atm. Popular spot on a Saturday morning! Don’t be surprised if there is a queue. There are 10 atm machines so the wait is not too long.

I went to Counter 10 today, surprisingly for me, the customer service counter is pretty good. (even tho it did took me a waiting time of around 30min~1hour, but she's really that helpful so I think it's worth the wait.)

ps: I had to complain about Counter 5(transaction counter?). It's because I used it to retrieve my credit card replacement. The letter does provide three methods of getting new pin, whether pbebank.com/phone call/visit nearest branch. I find the visit nearest branch to be pretty awkward because the Counter 5 didn't provide me any assist or advice except verifying and giving me the replacement letter.
psps: Because the first method is pbebank.com, so it's a given I tried it. Just to note that since new replacement card is not linked, user has to go to another step as to link it. After then, user only able to set the new pin. (imho, it's really hard, and there's no tutorial, I maybe wrong but I can't recall any, at the letter or website to teach me how to use it.)
pspsps: Always use the phone call method, it's really easy and takes less than 5 minutes(for me, yes).
pspspsps: Visit nearest bank branch is "obselete" (due to Counter 5). I think if I did go to Counter 10 she'd have happily helped me. I had to mention, Counter 10 also helped me with securesign pending verification(had to go to counter to do it because I only have credit card. So I asked to do debit card as well, and she helped me with it. I'm pretty happy it went really well).
pspspspsps: Counter 5, please learn from customer service counter. I really think customer service counter has limited staff and also it's really rude that Counter 5 point me to the customer service counter for matters like securesign. (also the replacement card, no advice at all.)

Lastly, I hope this reach its audience. And, sorry for my unkind words.

very very slow area customer service,from 2:10pm waiting until 2:53pm no have number start from 3 then 3:00pm just have one number 3064.
after 3:00pm go back to number start from 1 again. and until 3:26 also no yet until me.
very very slow and very very bad customer service.
im very angry with that.

This Public Bank located in Taman Pelita, very good location but the only problem is very crowded and insufficient parking. The service is quite ok staffs very friendly but do expect long wait after long weekend. Overall satisfied with this branch service

The worst customer service counter 1 , I know you speak in iban , but don't think I'm not understand what you talking about , first of all , I need to change money bout Rm20 cuz my money got rip , and what i got the very rude service !!

I don' know i should fill the form at security counter cuz that security just give me the number and let me wait for the turn , but what i unexpected is , when my number is calling , I go through the counter and ask bout change money , and she ask whether I'm bank in or by cash , and I said by bank in , and she just like bad tone talk to me , can you go to that security and fill the form ? With the rudeness sound? Wow that's service 😥 can you just speak it like patiently ? I'm also walk in service retail 😥 and that the another again , she skipped my number , then I filled the form then go to queue where I'm serve at , when is my turn she even skip me like I'm invisible, I suddenly feel like anger 😡😡and i told to security is that true way to treat me like that !! And the security give me another number , i said what should i wait again ? and I'm not in mood already then i ask the security I'm not gonna take the turn number again while i need to go to work !!! So he told me I'm just go through the counter 1 and ask her !! Omg 😡

不是一点慢 是超级无敌慢 。12点多到现在2点多还在这里排着…第一轮说拿的号码不对 然后重排到现在…我又不是你部门的人我会知道我的号码对不对吗？也没人来询问 😊好心 请多点人还是福利给好点，不然一直培训新人 人也做不久吧 🙃顾客还要陪你等那么久

I was here around 12nn and don't have a clear instruction then I was queue on a wrong line. Okay maybe is my fault didn't seek for help on this. Public Bank staff help me get a number 3034 (give you number go buy toto 😂)

I was waited too long and go 2020 Cafe have a nice Teh C Peng (quite nice👍🏻🌚). It was icy cold and not too sweet.

Then I went Wisma Ho Poh Miri have Kueh chap, the soup doesn't taste like previous, what a waste.

Around 2pm I was back in this branch still have a long queue to wait and the number still stuck at 3022, wow impressive! Miri people is really patient 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 good to see that.

Public Bank please improve on this. Tak boleh tahan oh wait for few hours here just to change your debit card. 🙂

Super slow service when wanna create account and transfer fix deposit. Waited for more 2 hours and the number is moving very slow.
