Parents bought travel insurance with Allianz and unfortunately their passports were stolen during tour with tour group of Singapore while in Scandinavia countries, we submitted the claims receipt for section of travel document lost since 3rd week of June till today Aug, no email, no reply, nothing from Allianz even after our insurance agent enquired.
Allianz still think of acquiring NTUC insurance singapore… definitely not my choice next time from Singapore

Please do not engage with this insurance company, collect payment immediately but when come to claim really irresponsibility especially car insurance. Inspect for several times and drag more than 5 months my car is still in the workshop to produce dust.

Parking - They do have outdoor and basement parking which is Rm 2 per entry and followed by hourly.

Location - Level 3 access by lift

Entrance - A security officer will ask you to scan a QR code for Quene number but as usual no proper greeting, fierce look and her gesture of telling you to enter seems as if you are in her mercy.

Customer Service - Ms Michelle Yee was awesome, I had a pleasant service she explained clearly and her service attitude was superb.

Waiting time - 2Minutes

Overall time in office - Less than 10Minutes
