BAD SERVICE, BAD EXPERIENCE!

Workers there are damnnnn LAZY. If you are new to carry out any services in POS laju, please do not go to this branch because it will lead you to alot of troublesome. The workers there sitting at their place and watching videos, didn't even want to guide you how to use their services.

I wanted to courier an important document for the first time and I have to do it using their app. No guidance provided and I just filled in the fields based on my understanding. The app then print out the details to be attached on the parcel. The worker didn't even let me double check the details. In fact the printed out details is having incomplete recipient address even though I keyed in a complete one via the app. Turns out the delivery man couldn't find the destination. Worse goes, the delivery man didn't even call me to verify the address. Just sms with short forms that I didn't understand. I did reply his message, but in the end no further response and with common sense (if he still couldn't send the parcel to the right person he will call me, but he didn't) I thought the parcel has been passed to the recipient. One week later found out it didn't. And I asked the delivery man, he said parcel cannot reach the recipient hence resent back to sender. However I didn't receive any parcel. THE PARCEL WITH IMPORTANT DOCUMENT IS GONE.

REALLY A BAD SERVICE, A BAD EXPERIENCE.
