Firstime dtg staff lelaki sgt peramah, second time want to pay with others staff haiyaa takmau kerja duduk rumah saja. Sekarang tgh tunggu habis bayar sudah tidak mahu dtg sini lagi

Rude staff at the Drive Thru section this morning . Argue unreasonably , raise tone of voice , shut mini door harshly & never feel sorry for her behaviour !
Arrogance staff who doesn't want to reveal her name when I asked for it .

Take your team to visit nearby Dr Pajak @ Tmn Industri Jaya ( near SKS Mart) to learn about their staff professionalism in CUSTOMER SERVICE !

No wonder they got more customers nowadays as always need to queue at their Drive Thru .
